The 2025 exhibition, Drawing on the Past: Wicklow Discoveries, showcased the work of Róisín O Meadhra, a talented artist and archaeological finds illustrator. Through a collaborative process, her pieces reimagined artefacts using traditional techniques, creating a dialogue between past and present.

As curator and researcher Joanne created meaningful panel text and worked closely on all aspects of curation and project managing ensuring a very grounded and professional experience for Rosin and the wider community.

This exhibition invited audiences to see Wicklow’s archaeological heritage through a new lens, highlighting how art and archaeology together can bring history to life in fresh and engaging ways.
